1. Analysis of the core parameters of aluminum alloy screens
1. Material characteristics
- Alloy grades: commonly used 6063-T5 (tensile strength ≥ 160MPa) and 6061-T6 (tensile strength ≥ 290MPa), the former is suitable for decorative screens, and the latter is suitable for high-load-bearing scenes (refer to "GB/T 6892-2015").
- Thickness range: The wall thickness of the screen profile is usually 1.2mm~3.0mm, 1.2mm~1.8mm is used for indoor light partitions, and ≥2.0mm is required for outdoor use to resist wind pressure.
2. Size specifications
- Standard height: The height of a single-sash screen is 800mm~3000mm. If it exceeds 2000mm, a transverse reinforcement rod must be installed (according to "JGJ 113-2015" Technical Specifications for the Application of Architectural Glass).
- Modular width: Common single-sash width is 300mm~1200mm, which can be spliced and designed, with a splicing gap of ≤5mm to ensure beauty.
2. Surface treatment process and performance indicators
1. Anodizing
- Film thickness 10μm~25μm (AA15 grade is the industry standard), salt spray resistance test ≥1000 hours, suitable for humid environments.
2. Powder spraying
- Coating thickness 60μm~120μm, adhesion reaches level 0 (grid test), and color selection exceeds 200 kinds (refer to "GB/T 5237.4-2017").
3. Wood grain transfer
- Simulation degree ≥90%, weather resistance temperature -30℃~80℃, suitable for antique style design.
3. Key data of load-bearing and structural design
1. Static load
- Single point load ≥50kg (such as hanging decorations), the overall wind pressure resistance level must reach level 9 (wind speed 22m/s, refer to "GB/T 7106-2008").
2. Connector parameters
- Stainless steel bolts must comply with GB/T 3098.6-2014 standard, M6 specification tensile strength ≥400MPa.
